Once a lifter has built a base on the 16, the 20 kilogram bell is the usual next move, and Kettlebell Kings' powder-coat 20 makes that progression smooth. It is cast as a single piece so the handle is integral to the body with no weld to crack, and finished in the brand's signature textured matte powder coat that holds chalk reliably and grips a sweaty hand without being abrasive. Twenty kilos is heavy enough to keep two-handed swings honest and to make goblet squats a genuine lower-body challenge, while still being controllable for learning one-arm work. The handle is wide for two hands yet tight enough to hook securely with one, and the smooth underside radius keeps the rack position comfortable through cleans. The flat base parks it steadily for floor presses and get-ups. Like the rest of the cast-iron range it is not size-standardized, so it sits larger than the 16, and there is no color code. As a mid-weight all-rounder it earns its keep in any home setup.
