Overview

The Titan Fitness Adjustable Incline Bench keeps things deliberately simple: a flat-to-incline design that covers the two angles most home lifters use most, at a price that is hard to argue with. The back pad ladders through several incline detents from flat up to a steep seated-press angle, while a short seat pad keeps you from sliding forward at the higher settings. The frame is welded steel with a powder-coat finish and a footprint wide enough to feel stable during dumbbell work. Without decline capability or the heavy-duty mass of a flagship FID bench, it stays light and easy to slide out of the way, which suits smaller spaces and lifters who do not need maximal loading. The pad is reasonably firm and the vinyl cover wipes clean. Capacity is solid for the category though not in commercial territory, and the adjustment pin locks each angle securely. Fit and finish are basic and the bench is best kept to moderate loads, but for a beginner or a secondary incline station, this Titan bench delivers the essentials at an entry-level price.
