Overview

Titan's Log Bar takes a different approach to the strongman log press by using an open steel frame rather than a fully enclosed shell, which keeps the cost down and the weight manageable while still delivering the neutral-grip, fat-feeling press that defines the movement. Two neutral handles sit centered in the frame at a fixed spread, putting your hands in the elbows-out position that loads the triceps and front delts hard and forces real core bracing on every rep. Olympic loading sleeves on each end take standard plates, so you progress from an empty-bar press up to a heavy overhead with your existing collection. The open design has a practical upside, it is lighter and easier to store than a solid log shell, and you can see your plates load and clamp them with standard collars. It cleans to the shoulders much like a true log, teaching the same explosive double-knee-bend turnover. At this price it is one of the cheapest legitimate ways to add log pressing to a home gym. The compromises: the open frame does not feel exactly like a contest log against the body, the fixed handle spread will not suit everyone, and Titan's finish is functional rather than fancy. For value-focused log press training, it gets the job done well.
