Built to the women's Olympic standard, this 15kg bar pairs a 25mm shaft with the shorter overall length specified for women's competition, making it the right tool for smaller hands and the women's lifting platform. The thinner 25mm diameter is easier to grip and hook, and combined with the lighter weight it lets lifters dial in technique without the bar overwhelming them. Titan tuned in a high whip appropriate for Olympic work, so the shaft loads and rebounds during heavy cleans and snatches.
