The AssaultBike Elite sits at the top of the Assault lineup and targets athletes who train hard and often. It swaps the steel fan of the Pro for a lighter aluminum fan that spins up faster, sharpening the response when you launch into a sprint and reducing flywheel lag during fast intervals. A high-resolution console is the biggest upgrade, displaying watts, calories, RPM, distance and heart rate with large readable digits, plus a deeper set of preprogrammed and custom interval workouts. The frame is engineered for tool-free assembly and uses heavy-duty steel with sealed bearings, so it shrugs off the kind of daily punishment a competitive gym dishes out. A belt drive keeps the maintenance burden low and the noise modest for an air bike. The seat offers fore-aft and vertical adjustment, the pedals are oversized for security during all-out efforts, and integrated transport wheels let you move it across a training floor. Bluetooth lets you sync workout data to compatible apps and heart-rate straps. It is a premium investment and remains loud at full tilt, but for serious interval work the faster fan response and richer data make it Assault's most capable bike.
