Rogue Fitness
Rogue Kettlebell (80 kg / 176 lb)
An 80 kg / 176 lb ductile-iron kettlebell for heavy swings, carries, and grip work just below the top of the range.
A 70 kg / 154 lb ductile-iron kettlebell — the entry point into Rogue's true heavyweight bells for strong lifters.
MSRP is a reference figure — live price is on the retailer's site.
At 70 kg (154 lb) this is the first of Rogue's genuine heavyweight kettlebells and a sensible step up for very strong lifters moving past the 48 kg competition ceiling. It is single-cast ductile iron with a wide, flat base and an oversized handle built for two-hand work — heavy swings, suitcase and bear-hug carries, and grip training. Most people will never need a bell this heavy, but for advanced posterior-chain and grip work it opens a new ceiling without jumping straight to the 203 lb monster.
