Overview

This 80 kg (176 lb) ductile-iron bell sits one notch below Rogue's heaviest and is a serious tool for advanced lifters who want crushing loaded carries and heavy two-hand swings without quite maxing out the line. Like the rest of Rogue's cast kettlebells it is a single piece of nodular iron with a flat base, so there is nothing to come loose under abuse. The handle is sized for two hands and chalk. Reserve it for grip, carries, and posterior-chain work — it is far too heavy for single-arm technical lifting.

Pros

  • +Massive loading for carries and heavy swings
  • +One-piece ductile iron, flat stable base
  • +A step below the 203 lb flagship for a bit less money

Cons

  • Advanced lifters only
  • Two-hand grip required
  • Heavy and costly to ship
