Rogue Kettlebell (70 kg / 154 lb)
A 70 kg / 154 lb ductile-iron kettlebell — the entry point into Rogue's true heavyweight bells for strong lifters.
An 80 kg / 176 lb ductile-iron kettlebell for heavy swings, carries, and grip work just below the top of the range.
MSRP is a reference figure — live price is on the retailer's site.
This 80 kg (176 lb) ductile-iron bell sits one notch below Rogue's heaviest and is a serious tool for advanced lifters who want crushing loaded carries and heavy two-hand swings without quite maxing out the line. Like the rest of Rogue's cast kettlebells it is a single piece of nodular iron with a flat base, so there is nothing to come loose under abuse. The handle is sized for two hands and chalk. Reserve it for grip, carries, and posterior-chain work — it is far too heavy for single-arm technical lifting.
