The T-3 Short Squat Stand is built for lifters fighting low ceilings, whether in a basement with exposed ductwork or a garage with a low door header. It uses the same heavy 3x3 11-gauge uprights as Titan's full racks but caps the height well under a standard stand, so you can press and squat without clipping the ceiling. The two uprights connect through a rigid base frame and Westside 1-inch hole spacing runs the working range, giving precise J-cup placement and far better stability than freestanding individual stands. Because it shares Titan's 3x3 hole pattern, it accepts many of the brand's accessories for storage and add-ons. It is an ideal pick for height-restricted spaces and lifters who want serious steel in a compact, low package. The trade-offs follow the short squat-stand format: there is no pull-up bar given the reduced height, no built-in cage safeties, so spotter arms are advised for heavy solo work, and overhead pressing room is limited by the very design that makes it fit. Titan's typical finish and tolerance quirks apply. For garages where a tall rack simply will not clear, though, this stand is a smart, sturdy answer.
