The Bells of Steel Adjustable Weight Bench 3.0 is a full flat-incline-decline bench aimed at lifters who want flagship-style performance without a flagship price. It offers a wide spread of back-pad positions from decline through fully upright, plus several seat angles to lock you in place. The frame is built from heavy-gauge steel with a stable, wide base, and a ladder-and-pin mechanism makes angle changes quick and secure between sets. The pad is laminated and firm, prioritizing shoulder stability under heavy dumbbells while remaining comfortable for general work, and the upholstery is built to survive chalk and sweat.
