The novelty is real but so is the function: underneath the artwork it is a single-cast iron kettlebell with a wide, gravity-cast handle and the same dimensions and balance you would expect from a serious training bell at this weight. The face is hand-finished and painted, which makes each one slightly distinct, and the matte coating over the casting grips chalk while protecting the detail from wear. The handle is broad enough for two-handed swings and secure for one-arm cleans, and the bell sits on a flat base so it parks cleanly between sets.
