Overview

The Quick Flip is Rep Fitness's wall-mounted folding rack, built for lifters who train in a garage or multipurpose room and need the floor back when the workout ends. It bolts to wall studs and swings out to a depth that supports full squats and presses, then folds flat against the wall, typically reclaiming the bay for parking or other uses in seconds. Despite the folding mechanism, it uses serious 3x3 11-gauge uprights with Westside 1-inch hole spacing through the working range, so it does not feel like a compromise once deployed. A fold-up pull-up bar and J-cups come standard, and the rack accepts common Rep 3x3 accessories. It is the ideal pick for one-car garages and shared spaces where a permanent cage simply will not fit. The trade-offs are inherent to the format: it requires solid wall studs and careful mounting, the usable depth is fixed by the design rather than freely configurable, and folding racks cannot fully enclose you, so safety straps or arms are recommended for heavy solo work.
