Overview

The RML-3W is Rogue's wall-mounted fold-back rack, combining the brand's Monster Lite steel with a hinge system that lets the whole rack swing flush against the wall when you are done. It bolts into wall studs and extends out for full squats and presses, then folds back to roughly four inches of depth, returning a one-car garage to parking or other use in moments. The uprights are 3x3 11-gauge with 1-inch Westside hole spacing through the working range, so it feels like a proper rack rather than a space-saving compromise once deployed. A pull-up bar spans the top and Monster Lite accessories bolt on for storage and safeties. It is ideal for lifters who train in a shared or multipurpose space and refuse to give up heavy-gauge steel or precise hole spacing. The trade-offs are standard for the fold-back format: it must be lag-bolted into solid framing and mounted dead level, the deployed depth is fixed by the hinge geometry, and a folding rack cannot fully enclose you, so safety straps or arms are recommended for heavy solo lifting.
