Overview

The Rep Fitness Strongman Log delivers the signature strongman press, neutral-grip, fat-bodied, brutal on the shoulders and triceps, at a price designed to get more home lifters under one. The rolled steel shell is large in diameter to mimic a contest log, which throws your elbows out and changes the entire pressing path compared with a barbell. Recessed handles sit deep inside the shell so your knuckles clear the casing as you drive the log overhead, and Olympic loading sleeves let you progress from pressing the empty log to building a serious overhead with the plates you already own. End collars keep plates from creeping off during the explosive double-knee-bend clean to the shoulders, and the welded construction tolerates being dropped from lockout onto rubber matting. Because the neutral grip recruits the triceps hard and the fat body demands aggressive core bracing, the log builds pressing power and front-rack stability that carry straight back to barbell work.
