Overview

The RML-690C is the extra-tall member of Rogue's Monster Lite family, standing 100 inches to give larger athletes genuine kipping and strict pull-up clearance that a standard 90-inch rack cannot. It keeps the proven Monster Lite recipe of 3x3 11-gauge uprights, 5/8-inch hardware, and 1-inch Westside hole spacing through the bench and squat range, so safeties and J-cups dial in precisely. As a four-post power rack it stays compact in footprint while still enclosing a full lifting cell, and it accepts the entire Monster Lite accessory line, from flip-down safeties to dip bars and plate storage. This rack makes the most sense for tall lifters or anyone with high ceilings who wants vertical room without stepping up to the heavier Monster series. The trade-offs are straightforward: that 100-inch height demands a tall room and careful measurement before ordering, and the upgraded steel commands a price above budget four-posters. Freight and assembly are also non-trivial. For lifters who have been clipping their knuckles on shorter racks, though, the RML-690C solves the clearance problem without compromising on Rogue build quality.
